Congratulations to Jo Frith – Ladies W1 European Champion

Jo was selected to represent Great Britain at the European Para archery championships in Nottwil, Switzerland in July. She shot the ranking round on Tuesday 29th July and shot a new World Record of 636 for the FITA 720 round ranking her first. In the semi finals she beat the Russian to move on to the Gold medal match against her team mate Vicky Jenkins. She won and become the first ever Ladies W1 European Champion!
