A super Supermarine WA Weekend for everyone taking part

Supermarine WA Weekend Incorporating DWAA 1440 (DWAA WA1440 + Metrics 1-5,) and DWAA 1440 (Supermarine Double 720 Rounds)

Saturday 21st – Sunday 22nd July 2018

With glorious sunshine and barely any wind over the weekend of Saturday 21st July and Sunday 22nd July at Supermarine,  we held a double 720 Saturday and the DWAA 1440 + Metric rounds for juniors, both incorporated as part of the Supermarine WA Weekend hosted at their Sports Club in Swindon, were both a great success and well attended.

Many thanks to our Lady Paramount Joan Griffiths, Tournament Judges Nick Nicholson and Paul Burden who were helpful as always in keeping everything on track and Tournament Organiser Jane Prior.   A massive thank you to all those within Supermarine Bowmen who helped organise and facilitate the event including runners, the field, scoring and refreshment crew who worked tirelessly all weekend and special thanks to The Archery Shop in Poole for sponsoring all of the target faces on the Sunday.
